A focal point of the school is The Leader in Me initiative. This process teaches students the 7 Habits of Happy Kids, authored by Stephen Covey. The Leader in Me helps schools create well-rounded learners by developing the whole-person and preparing students to become life-ready leaders. The implementation of the initiative has had profound benefits for the student population, and it has positively impacted the climate in all of the classrooms.
